No refunds will be given for purchasing the incorrect ring size as ring sizing guides are provided on the website. We are however happy to arrange a ring size exchange. The customer will be liable for the courier fee, both ways.
All products will be closely inspected before being shipped out, if you however do receive a defective item, you have 3 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement to be sent to you.
A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances.
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website.
Simply notify us within 14 days of receipt of your intention to return your purchase. Please return your goods within 30 days of receipt, ensuring they are in their original condition and making sure to include your order confirmation and any documentation and/or certificates. Any refund made will be reimbursed to the same payment method as the original purchase.
Shaw Diamonds does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
If items are returned after 30 days of purchase we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to the item being in its original condition.
